Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has revealed that she has endured months of severe pain and mobility difficulties, sharing the update in a video marking her 25th birthday.

The actress appeared in a wheelchair in the video posted on Instagram on Saturday, October 10, 2026, explaining that her health challenges had contributed to her prolonged absence from social media.

Daniels said the problem initially seemed minor but gradually worsened, particularly after the Children’s Day carnival she hosted.

She described undergoing repeated medical tests and experiencing pain that sometimes left her unable to walk.

The mother of two also spoke about the emotional toll of losing some of her independence and having to rely on others for assistance.

Despite the difficulties, Daniels said there had been significant progress in her recovery. She expressed gratitude to God and continued to pray for healing and peace as she entered a new chapter of her life.
