NNPC woos Chinese investor for crude oil, gas expansion

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited has opened discussions with China Zhenhua Oil Co. Ltd. on potential investments across Nigeria’s oil and gas industry, including crude oil production, gas commercialisation, energy infrastructure, technology and petroleum trading.The engagement is aimed at identifying areas of mutual interest where collaboration could support increased oil and gas output, improve operational capacity and reinforce Nigeria’s energy security.
