A Cape Town family was ordered to vacate their Camps Bay home after a court ruled their lease was validly canceled due to unpaid rent and maintenance disputes.
The Western Cape High Court has ordered a family to leave a Camps Bay property after finding that the lease was validly cancelled following a dispute over alleged maintenance problems and more than R1.4m in unpaid rent.
