Ghanaian winger Osman Addo is looking forward to a new challenge with Helsingborgs IF after joining the Swedish club on loan from Viborg FF.The 22-year-old will spend the rest of the season with Helsingborg, with the deal including an option for the Swedish club to sign him permanently.Addo joined Viborg from B93 last winter after an impressive spell in Denmark, where he scored 15 goals and provided 14 assists in 61 competitive matches.He has mainly featured from the bench since moving to Viborg's first team, but still managed to score twice in just over 140 minutes of Danish top-flight football.Now, Addo is hoping to make a strong impression in Sweden and could feature for Helsingborg against Sandvikens IF this weekend.The Ghanaian, who was born in Denmark to Ghanaian parents, described his style of play and what he hopes to bring to his new club.I am a technical player who likes to combine with teammates but also knows when to pass and dribble, Addo said.He is also eager to experience playing in front of Helsingborg's supporters at Olympia.I am looking forward to playing in front of the fans, playing good matches and getting to know what it feels like to play at Olympia.Addo began his youth career with Vanlose IF and KB before progressing into senior football.The move to Helsingborg gives the winger an opportunity to play more regularly and continue his development.
