(EDITORIAL) Petrol discount: Nigerians need lasting relief, not just 30 days

Reports from Abuja have raised questions about access to the discount. There is differences between prices paid by customers using NNPC’s mobile application and those buying directly at the pump. It was reported that some petrol marketers had increased their pump prices.
