– 23 October 2026 – FOMO Pay, a leading Singapore-headquartered payment institution, and PantherTrade (Hong Kong) Limited (“PantherTrade”), a licensed Hong Kong virtual asset trading platform wholly owned and self-built by leading technology-driven financial services company Futu Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: FUTU, “Futu”), have established Travel Rule connectivity to streamline digital asset transfers between their platforms.

The connectivity enables eligible FOMO Pay clients to transfer digital assets directly from their FOMO Pay business accounts to PantherTrade without routing through external third-party wallets. Required Travel Rule information is exchanged as part of the transaction workflow, supporting compliance requirements for eligible transfers.

The collaboration brings together FOMO Pay’s payment and digital asset infrastructure with Futu’s digital asset trading ecosystem. It expands access for a broader community of investors to Futu’s seamless service experience and diverse range of investment products, creating a more connected and intuitive pathway between digital assets and investing.

As businesses and institutions increasingly incorporate digital assets into treasury, investment and trading strategies, connectivity between regulated payment and trading platforms can help simplify transactions while supporting compliance requirements.

Leona Gan, Director of Business Development at FOMO Pay, said: “Digital assets are becoming an increasingly integrated part of the global financial system. Connecting payments, trading and financial infrastructure through trusted, compliant rails will be essential to this evolution. Our collaboration with PantherTrade is another step towards enabling more seamless digital asset transfers and a more connected financial ecosystem.”

Sherry Zhu, Global Head of Digital Assets at Futu, said: “Our collaboration with FOMO Pay marks PantherTrade’s first Travel Rule integration with an overseas licensed institution. By enabling compliant cross-border digital asset transfers, we are building a bridge to a more connected Web3 ecosystem, while keeping regulatory compliance and investor protection at the core.”

The collaboration underscores the continued development of infrastructure connecting payments and regulated digital asset markets, supporting the evolving needs of businesses and institutional participants.
