According to a report by GHOne TV today being Sunday, October 25, 2026, Nigerian businessman and musician Mr. Eazi has revealed that Ghanaian dancehall superstar Shatta Wale has consistently supported his events without demanding payment, describing the musician’s actions as a remarkable show of loyalty and friendship.

According to Mr. Eazi, he usually pays artistes who perform at his shows, as inviting musicians to entertain audiences is often part of the arrangements made for such events. However, he explained that his experience with Shatta Wale has been different because the Ghanaian musician has repeatedly shown up to support him without requesting any financial reward.

Mr. Eazi made it clear that he has never paid Shatta Wale to appear at any of his shows, despite the musician’s willingness to offer his support. He added that Shatta Wale does not even wait for him to make a formal request before deciding to attend and show solidarity.

The revelation has drawn attention to the relationship between the two entertainers and the importance of maintaining genuine connections within the music industry. While financial arrangements are common whenever artistes are invited to perform at events, Shatta Wale’s reported actions suggest that personal relationships and mutual respect can sometimes go beyond business transactions.

Mr. Eazi’s comments also highlight the value of having people who are willing to offer assistance without expecting immediate financial benefits in return. In an entertainment industry where artistes often negotiate performance fees before accepting invitations, such gestures can be viewed as a demonstration of friendship and goodwill.

Shatta Wale is widely known for his strong personality, outspoken nature and influence within Ghana’s music industry. His support for Mr. Eazi, as described by the Nigerian businessman, adds another dimension to his public image.

The disclosure may also encourage discussions about collaboration, loyalty and solidarity among African musicians. For Mr. Eazi, Shatta Wale’s willingness to support his shows without payment remains an example of how meaningful relationships can contribute to stronger connections within the entertainment industry.
