APC Says 10m Nigerians who Benefited from N75,000 Cash Aid Don’t have Phones

More than 10 million Nigerians who benefited from the federal government’s N75,000 conditional cash transfer programme do not have mobile phones, television sets or access to social media, according to Nentawe Yilwatda, national chairman, All Progressives Congress (APC).
