Shatta Wale Has Never Charged Me A Pesewa For Shows — Mr. Eazi Makes Shócking Revelation

According to a report by Ghbase News on Monday October 26, 2026, Nigerian musician and entrepreneur Mr. Eazi has praised Ghanaian dancehall superstar Shatta Wale, describing him as an exceptional musician and one of the smartest individuals he has ever met.

Mr. Eazi’s comments have highlighted the relationship between the two artistes, particularly his experience working with Shatta Wale and the latter’s reported willingness to support him without demanding payment for performances.

According to Mr. Eazi, Shatta Wale has never charged him for shows, a revelation that offers a glimpse into the relationship between the two musicians beyond their careers in the entertainment industry.

The Nigerian singer’s remarks also underscore the importance of friendship, loyalty and mutual support among artistes, especially within the competitive music industries of Ghana and Nigeria.

Shatta Wale, widely recognised for his influence on Ghanaian dancehall music, has built a reputation for his energetic performances, outspoken personality and strong connection with his fan base.

Over the years, he has also remained a prominent figure in conversations about collaborations and relationships between Ghanaian and Nigerian musicians.

Mr. Eazi, on the other hand, has established himself as an influential Nigerian artiste known for his fusion of Afrobeats and other musical styles.

His activities across the African music scene have contributed to the growing cultural and commercial relationship between Ghana and Nigeria.

His decision to publicly commend Shatta Wale is significant because relationships between musicians can sometimes be shaped by financial arrangements, performance fees and other professional considerations.

Mr. Eazi’s account suggests that his dealings with the Ghanaian star have gone beyond such business expectations.

By describing Shatta Wale as both an exceptional musician and one of the smartest people he has encountered, Mr. Eazi has also acknowledged qualities he admires in the dancehall artiste beyond his musical talent.

The comments are likely to attract attention from fans of both musicians, particularly those interested in the longstanding musical connections between Ghana and Nigeria.

However, further details about the specific shows Mr. Eazi referred to, including when the performances took place and the circumstances surrounding them, were not provided in the information available.

Nonetheless, his statement has drawn attention to the value of professional relationships built on trust and generosity, with Shatta Wale receiving public recognition from a fellow musician for his reported support.
