Water Minister Urges Garissa and Tana River Residents to Relocate Ahead of Expected El Niño Floods

Cabinet Secretary for Water Eric Mugaa warned communities along the River Tana to move families, livestock and valuables to higher ground as heavy El Niño rains threaten dam spillway releases and downstream flooding.
