That is not a question.Reports had claimed Mosimane initially rejected an offer of R5 million per year before SAFA improved the proposal.The association later told Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Sports, Arts and Culture that it had offered Mosimane R10 million annually, with his camp reportedly accepting the deal.The R10 million annual package is approximately US$621,000, while the initial R5 million offer was about US$310,000.The conversions are based on the September 1, 2026 exchange rate of approximately R16.11 to US$1.Mosimane returns to the Bafana Bafana job 14 years after his first spell in charge.The 62-year-old replaces Hugo Broos, who left after leading South Africa to the knockout stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.Mosimane has won more than 21 trophies during his club coaching career, including three CAF Champions League titles.He will work with assistants Kabelo Rangoaga and Musi Matlaba, while SAFA is expected to announce additional members of his technical team.His immediate focus will be preparing Bafana Bafana for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign.
