President HICHILEMA says he remains passionate about education and is delighted that 2.6 million learners have returned to school since free education was reintroduced. Speaking during his inaugural speech, President HICHILEMA said in his second term, priority will also be placed on economic empowerment of women and social protection for those that need it the most. President HICHILEMA said decentralization remains a key pillar under his presidency as more resources will be pumped into constituencies through CDF. The President said access to quality healthcare for all is guaranteed and his administration will not allow any compromise.
