LEGO Star Wars and 7 More Games Are Leaving Xbox Game Pass on October 31
From Deep Rock Galactic’s co-op missions to two classic LucasArts adventures, here are the games to play before Game Pass access ends.
Xbox Game Pass subscribers have eight more games to fit into their libraries before the end of October. Microsoft has flagged the latest batch of departures in the official Xbox mobile app, with all eight titles scheduled to leave on October 31, 2026.
The list includes some notable names, from the galaxy-spanning adventure of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga to the co-op mining chaos of Deep Rock Galactic. There are also strategy games, indie adventures and two classic LucasArts titles worth revisiting before they disappear from the subscription.
If any of these games have been sitting in your backlog, now is the time to move them up your list. Here are all eight departures, the platforms affected and the games I’d prioritise before the deadline.

LEGO Star Wars and Deep Rock Galactic Are Worth Playing Before They Leave
Two of the most recognisable games in this batch are LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and Deep Rock Galactic, and they offer very different reasons to jump in.
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga brings all nine mainline films into one comedic action-adventure, letting players revisit iconic Star Wars moments through LEGO's familiar humour, exploration and character-based gameplay. It is an easy recommendation for Star Wars fans who want something accessible to play alone or with family.
Deep Rock Galactic, meanwhile, remains a strong choice for anyone who enjoys co-operative games. Its team-based missions send space dwarves into dangerous caves to mine resources, complete objectives and fight off alien creatures. The combination of destructible environments, different character classes and teamwork gives each expedition room to go sideways in entertaining ways.
Both games are worth prioritising if you have been meaning to try them through Game Pass. Once they leave the service, subscribers who want to keep playing will need to consider purchasing them separately or checking whether they are available through another subscription or promotion.
Two Classic Double Fine Games Are Also Leaving Game Pass
The departures also include Day of the Tentacle Remastered and Full Throttle Remastered, two adventure games associated with Double Fine's catalogue.
Day of the Tentacle Remastered is a time-travel comedy built around puzzle-solving and switching between characters across different periods. Full Throttle Remastered follows a biker caught up in a conspiracy, mixing its story-driven adventure with a distinctive setting and characters.
Their departure is notable because Double Fine has transitioned back to independence. However, the timing alone does not establish that the studio's change in ownership is the reason these titles are leaving Game Pass.
For players who enjoy classic point-and-click adventures, these are two of the more distinctive games in October's outgoing lineup. They are also likely to appeal to anyone curious about the genre's history but who has not yet played either title.
What About Wartales, Wildgate and the Other Departures?
The remaining games offer a broader mix of genres.
