He has the potential to develop further with us and to play a role for our team very soon.Bawuah, who has Ghanaian heritage despite being born in Belgium, began his football education at KRC Genk before joining the PSV academy in 2018.He progressed through the entire PSV youth system and made his professional debut for Jong PSV in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie in September 2023 at just 16 years old.The midfielder went on to make 60 appearances for Jong PSV, scoring three goals, before making his Eredivisie debut for PSV in April 2026 against PEC Zwolle.Bawuah is also a Belgian youth international and has earned 10 appearances for Belgium's Under-19 side.Speaking after completing his move, Bawuah expressed his excitement about joining FC Twente and competing in European football.I see this as a very nice next step for my career.
