The allegation centers on claims that Bundoo exercised administrative influence over an investigation involving a disputed parcel of land along the Roberts International Airport Highway involving Judge Kuku Y. Dorbor, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Roberto S. Roberts, Liberia National Police(LNP) and other parties.
Questions have been raised about how Bundoo arrived at the survey report and why there were reportedly no visible signs of a physical survey being conducted on the disputed property.
The alleged victims of the survey report Bundoo sanctioned, informed reporters that there where no survey notice issued to them nor seen any surveyor conducting survey on the disputed property.

Victims decried Bundoo’s report corroborated to Judge Dordor emerging as a winner of the case, even though his report is allegedly clouded with fraud.
Allegations have also emerged that Bundoo used his administrative position in connection with a survey investigation allegedly conducted by an unauthorized surveyor, with claims that the process favoured Judge Dorbor.
Responding to the allegations at his LLA office in Monrovia, recently, Bundoo denied interfering in the case or influencing its outcome.

He said his role as Director of Land Administration is primarily administrative and supervisory.
” My responsibility as Director of Land Administration is primarily administrative and supervisory,” Bundoo said.
“When communications, including requests from courts come to the Liberia Land Authority, my responsibility is to assign those matters to the appropriate personnel for action.”
The parties involved are calling on independent investigative survey to substantiate the report sanctioned by Bundoo that contributed to court ruling in the disputed land case.
As the dispute continues, the key issues remain whether the surveyor was properly authorized, investigation followed established LLA procedures, relevant parties were given appropriate notice and whether the survey report accurately represented the findings of the investigation.
