JOHANNESBURG - Former SARS Commissioner Edward Kieswetter is calling on South Africans to build a stronger culture of saving and make better financial decisions.
He says South Africa has the resources to grow its economy, but warns that poor spending choices, waste and corruption are holding the country back.
