Founder of International God’s Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim, is trending again.
In recent days, the preacher has been at the center of public discussion following allegations linking him to social media personality Ohemaa Dynamite.
Reports circulated that Ohemaa Dynamite stole a huge sum of money from the preacher. Videos showing her dancing and jumping on Obinim’s bed inside his bedroom have also gone viral on social media. Many people online started saying she is his new girlfriend and that he even wants to marry her.
But Bishop Obinim says that is a big lie.
While addressing his congregation during church service on October 20, 2026, Bishop Obinim dismissed claims that Ohemaa Dynamite was his girlfriend or a woman he intended to marry.
According to the preacher, he saw reports and videos of a woman jumping and dancing on his bed, with some people suggesting that she was his new partner.
Obinim said he met Ohemaa Dynamite just about two months ago, not in 2024 as some reports claimed. He challenged claims that they have been dating for long.
He also addressed the theft case. Ohemaa Dynamite, 22, known privately as Ohemaa Serwaa Abigail Owusu Ansah, was arrested for allegedly stealing GH¢1.5 million from Obinim’s safe. According to reports, only he and Dynamite knew the safe’s passcode, not even his wife.
She has been granted GH¢1 million bail with two sureties by the Adenta Circuit Court, and the case has been adjourned to October 28, 2026.
On the issue of people telling him to marry Ohemaa after seeing her dance on his bed, Obinim was blunt. He said she is a thief and he will never marry her.
