Arsenal teenager Max Dowman has been presented with three official Guinness World Records certificates after setting new marks in English and European football before turning 17.
Guinness World Records announced the recognition on its official X handle on Thursday, celebrating Dowman’s record-breaking rise with the Arsenal first team.
“Three Guinness World Records titles before 17,” Guinness World Records posted.
“@Arsenal’s Max Dowman has been presented with three official Guinness World Records certificates following his record-breaking rise through English and European football.”
Dowman, who turns 17 in December, holds the record for the youngest player to appear in the UEFA Champions League, having featured for Arsenal against Slavia Prague at 15 years and 308 days.
He also became the youngest Premier League goalscorer when he scored against Everton at 16 years and 73 days.
Dowman completed his trio of records by becoming the youngest player to win the Premier League, collecting his winner’s medal at 16 years and 144 days after Arsenal secured the title.
He was part of Arsenal’s breakthrough 2025-26 campaign, making 13 senior appearances as the club won their first Premier League title since 2004.
Dowman’s record-breaking Premier League goal came in memorable fashion as he ran from his own half, beat two players and finished into an empty net after Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford had gone forward for a corner.
The teenager has continued to make an impact this season, scoring twice in Arsenal’s 4-2 Carabao Cup victory over Ipswich in September.
Dowman was also featured in the Guinness World Records Football Edition 2027, released on Thursday, as part of its “Class of ’27”.
