Expelled MK party members Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla and former national spokesperson Nhlamulo Ndhlela are challenging their expulsion from Jacob Zuma’s party.
Papers filed also argue for the reinstatement of Ndhlela as MP.
The Johannesburg High Court will hear the duo’s application on Tuesday, 6 October 2026.
The duo were expelled after being accused of gross misconduct.
