Swedish club AIK have announced the signing of Nigerian youngster David Oluwaseyi Oludase from Ikon Allah Football Academy.
The 18-year-old has signed a contract with the Stockholm-based club that will run until December 31, 2029.
Oludase will initially link up with AIK’s academy side, with the talented winger expected to work his way into the first team in the future.
Ikon Allah Football Academy also produced Zadok Yohanna, who left the Nigerian outfit for Premier League club Brighton & Hove Albion this summer.
Oludase described the transfer as an important step in his fledgling career and expressed his eagerness to begin life at the Swedish club.

“Signing for AIK is a big step in my career and I can’t wait to get started on the pitch,” Oludase told the club’s official website.
“The club’s history and the passion of the supporters are something truly special, and I’m ready to give everything for the shirt every time I step onto the pitch.”
AIK Football recruitment manager Miika Takkula revealed that Oludase convinced the club of his potential during a one-month trial period.
“David trained with the P19 and men’s team for a month and convinced us with his potential. He is a technically skilled, left-footed right winger with good speed and a nice first touch,” Takkula said.
Takkula, however, identified areas where the youngster still needs improvement as he continues his development.
“What mainly needs to be developed is his actions and decision-making in the final third of the pitch. During the trial period, he showed a very good attitude and great commitment, which was an important part of our decision to sign a contract with him,” he added.
