Matoke also demonstrated a strong commitment to religious service, serving as an elder at Upper Ngata Seventh-day Adventist Church in Nakuru County.
He further served as Legal Counsel for the Central Rift Valley Conference, combining his professional experience with responsibilities within the church’s leadership and administration.
Matiang’i said Matoke’s death was a profound loss not only to his immediate family but also to the Jubilee Party and the communities he faithfully served.
