BULAWAYO,SEPT 2, (NEWSDAY-Live) – A 35-year-old Hope Fountain man has been sentenced to an effective 15 years’ imprisonment for raping his ex-wife.
The Bulawayo regional court heard that on the morning of August 10, the offender stormed into his 35-year-old ex-wife’s bedroom and raped her.
The victim reported the incident at Hillside Police Station, leading to the offender’s arrest while she was referred to the local hospital for medical examination.
