Saturday, October 24, 2026, was a celebration of love, culture and glamour as rapper, Omoniyi Raphael, popularly known as Zlatan Ibile; and his partner, Davita Lamai, held their traditional wedding in Oniru, Lagos.

The ceremony attracted several personalities from the entertainment industry, who joined the couple in celebrating their union. Among those present were singer, Davido; fuji music star, K1 De Ultimate; and social media influencer, Enioluwa Adeoluwa.

The celebration featured romantic moments as the couple danced together and exchanged kisses in the presence of family members, friends and other guests.

Zlatan and Davita also caught attention with their outfits, showcasing different looks during the ceremony. They first appeared in Edo-inspired traditional attire adorned with coral beads before changing into matching mint-green and cream outfits.

The couple’s relationship has attracted public interest over the years, particularly as they have kept much of their private life away from the spotlight.

In a teaser for their wedding documentary, Davita offered a glimpse into how their love story began. She recalled that Zlatan was too shy to ask for her phone number himself and instead asked someone else to obtain her contact details.

Her account offered a different perspective on the rapper, who is widely known for his energetic performances and confident public persona.

The couple has built a family together over the years and has two sons. Their children also featured in a pre-wedding announcement they shared on social media earlier in October.

Reports have also indicated that Zlatan and Davita held a private civil wedding before their traditional ceremony in Lagos.

The traditional wedding marked another milestone in their relationship, bringing together family members, friends and entertainment industry associates to celebrate their union.
