President Daniel Francisco Chapo will preside over the official inauguration ceremony of the 61st edition of the Maputo International Fair (FACIM) this Monday morning at the Ricatla International Trade Fair and Exhibition Centre in Marracuene, Maputo province.
On the same occasion, the Head of State will take part in the celebration of Exporter’s Day, which will recognise the country’s best exporting companies.
FACIM 2026 brings together businesspeople, investors, public and private institutions, and national and international partners, constituting an important platform for promoting investment, exports, trade partnerships and Mozambique’s economic development. This year’s edition is taking place under the theme “Digital and Energy Transformation for a Sustainable Economy”.
