Govt orders Potraz to confront poor service, high costs

Information Communication Technology, Postal and Courier Services minister Tatenda Mavetera has challenged the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) to move beyond issuing licences and collecting revenue, demanding measurable improvements in service quality, affordability and access to broadband.
