Chivayo offers 12 vehicles, cash to 12 selected members of Makandiwa’s church

Wicknell Chivayo rewarded 12 long-serving members of the United Family International Church (UFIC) led by Emmanuel Makandiwa for their quiet service to the ministry.

In a social media post on Saturday, 19 September 2026, Chivayo said 10 ushers – five women and five men – will each receive a brand-new Toyota Fortuner 2.4 GD-6 and US$10,000 cash for fuel, while two outstanding church leaders, one male and one female, will each receive a 2026 Toyota Land Cruiser LC300 ZX and US$20,000 cash for fuel.

He said the vehicles have already been paid for and will be delivered once the beneficiaries are identified.

Chivayo said he had asked Makandiwa and his wife Ruth to select the beneficiaries.

“This is my small way of remembering the many people who work quietly BEHIND THE SCENES to help carry such a great ministry. Not everybody who contributes to the success of a church stands on the pulpit,” said Chivayo.

Chivayo said that once the 12 beneficiaries are identified, they are to send a representative to see Victor at Exquisite Car Dealership on Monday with their passports and physical addresses.

The vehicles, he said, will be shipped immediately and should arrive at the UFIC Chitungwiza branch within five to ten days.

Chivayo revealed that the two Land Cruisers now earmarked for church leaders are linked to an earlier offer made last year.

“Some time last year, I offered TWO BRAND-NEW 2025 TOYOTA LAND CRUISER LC300 ZXs to UNITED FAMILY INTERNATIONAL CHURCH (UFIC), under the remarkable leadership of Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa and Prophetess Ruth Makandiwa, which they sadly but respectfully declined at the time,” he said.

“That particular story has since been OVERTAKEN BY EVENTS as GOD intervened, circumstances changed, and everything has ultimately worked out beautifully.”

He said those two vehicles remain available and insisted they “must find TWO DESERVING OWNERS WITHIN UFIC,” adding “HANDINA DEFEAT.”

The latest announcement follows a series of lavish gifts from Chivayo to UFIC and its founders in recent months.

Several months ago, Chivayo offered the couple an undisclosed gift, but they declined it and instead offered to pray for him.

In late July 2026, Makandiwa reversed his position during a church service, announcing he was now ready to accept the gifts.

Days later, in early August, Chivayo pledged US$1 million towards church development and luxury vehicles for the couple.

He said he donated the US$1 million to support Makandiwa’s vision of “building God’s house,” ensuring the development and construction of the new church infrastructure.

Makandiwa later confirmed the gifts during a service. He thanked Chivayo and his wife for their US$1 million contribution towards the same project and acknowledged three luxury vehicles gifted to him and his wife Ruth by the Chivayos.

The vehicles are a 2026 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge facelift, a 2026 Mercedes-AMG G63 G-Wagon and a 2026 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600.
