Just weeks before Israel’s Oct. 27 elections, an Israeli opposition party leader said that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu bears responsibility for the events of Oct. 7, 2023, and should leave office, calling for all those who were part of the governing coalition at the time to be excluded from the next government.
