While Taiwan’s luxury-branded STARLUX has not yet announced any long-haul routes to East Coast destinations in the United States, it is laying the groundwork to do so as it receives more of its premium-heavy ultra-long-haul Airbus A350-1000s. This will put it in increased competition with the premium-branded EVA Air on these routes. It also plans to grow its routes to Europe, with the first route to Prague commencing a week ago (as of the time of writing).
