Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha claims Victor Osimhen is still waiting for a call from the Premier League club, insisting the Nigerian forward remains a United fan and could be an ideal partner for Benjamin Sesko.
Despite the prolonged interest, a move for Osimhen has not materialised, with the Nigeria international now enjoying a lucrative spell at Galatasaray.

Saha believes United could still make a move for the striker, arguing that Osimhen’s profile would complement Sesko.
“All United have to do is make the connection, but that’s why it hasn’t happened yet. Osimhen is still waiting,” Saha told MrGamble via Metro.
United’s failure to sign Harry Kane has also remained a source of frustration for Saha, who believes Osimhen could now provide the solution.
“United missed out on signing Harry Kane, and that was one of their biggest mistakes in the transfer market. But they can correct that mistake by signing Osimhen,” he said.
“I think Osimhen is a better fit for United now than Kane because of Benjamin Sesko.
Osimhen can teach Sesko about movement and being a striker, but they could also play together and combine better than Kane and Sesko could.”
Osimhen has made an explosive start to the new Turkish Super Lig season, scoring five goals and providing three assists in his opening three league matches.
The forward has therefore contributed directly to all but two of Galatasaray’s nine goals in the league so far.
Saha also believes Osimhen’s personal connection with United could make a potential transfer particularly attractive.
