IEC warns of ballot reprint costs if ConCourt rules in favour of ANC
Deputy Chief Electoral Officer of the Electoral Commission of South Africa Masego Sheburi says the commission could face additional costs to reprint ballots if the Constitutional Court rules in favour of the ANC.
