
Oscar Naasei made his full debut for Real Madrid Castilla on Monday, playing the entire 90 minutes in a goalless draw away to Teruel in their Primera Federacin Group 2 opener.The 21-year-old Ghanaian centre-back, who joined the Spanish giants from Granada for a reported 2 million fee just days earlier, started alongside Mario Rivas in central defence. Naasei did not look out of place, delivering a performance.Castilla dominated possession but struggled to break down a stubborn Teruel low block. Naasei was heavily involved in the game's key moment, winning a penalty just before half-time after a Pol Fortuny delivery was deflected onto an opponent's hand. However, midfielder Rachad saw his spot-kick saved.Naasei joined Emmanuel City in Ghana, the same academy that produced Real Madrid's recent signing of Oscar Naasei Oppong. He moved to Granada's youth setup in 2023 and quickly impressed, earning a promotion to the reserve side before making his first-team debut. Last season, he made 37 appearances for Granada in the Segunda Divisin, accumulating over 2,700 minutes of playing time.The defender is versatile enough to play at centre-back or right-back.
