Before My Mom Died She Was Ill For A While, They Gave Her 6 Months But She Lived 5yrs—Actor Suleiman

In an exclusive interview on WithChude, Nollywood actor Ibrahim Suleiman stated that his mother died in Kaduna after battling an illness

Suleiman said doctors had initially given her six months to live, but she survived for five years before passing away. He said she died just as he was beginning to earn enough to do the things he had always wanted to do for her

Suleiman added that his mother had 3 kids by the time she was 27 years old, and she worked two jobs to be able to cater for them properly

In Suleiman’s words: “I literally watched my mom grow up. Thinking about it today it is crazy that a 27-year-old with 3 kids and two and half jobs was still able to mom properly. It just felt like just when my life was beginning to get to the point where I could really do things for her that I had always wanted to do, she passed away. She had been ill for a while, they gave 6 months and she lived for 5 years”
