Akbaraly, Madagascar's Richest Man Eyes $450m Deal to Build Radio, TV Stations for Nigeria

Ylias Akbaraly, the industrialist widely regarded as Madagascar's richest man, is seeking a contract worth about €400 million ($449 million) for Thomson Broadcast, his French company, to build radio and television broadcasting infrastructure across Nigeria, and he is counting on Emmanuel Macron, French President's state visit to get it signed.
