US issues ‘wrongful detention’ warning for Americans travelling to Eritrea, China and Russia
The United States has expanded its wrongful detention warnings to include China, placing the world's second-largest economy alongside Russia and Eritrea on a list of countries where American citizens face the risk of arbitrary arrest and detention.
