Charlene Ruto, Sisters Dazzle in Matching Robes Ahead of Tanzania White Wedding

President William Ruto’s daughter, Charlene Ruto, kicked off her wedding morning in high spirits, joining her sisters and close friends for a glamorous pre-wedding photo shoot ahead of her white wedding to Tanzanian tech entrepreneur Isaya Yunge in Mwanza, Tanzania.

A video shared by wedding photographer Kaplong captured the bridal party sharing joyful moments outdoors. The bride-to-be wore a white embroidered satin robe emblazoned with “Bride,” while her sisters and bridesmaids stunned in matching olive-green “Bridesmaid” robes. The cheerful group posed with their backs to the camera to display the custom lettering before turning around to jump in unison, toss their floral bouquets, and share warm hugs.

The heartwarming morning shoot added to the growing excitement surrounding the cross-border nuptials. The high-profile ceremony follows a lavish garden bridal shower hosted in Nairobi and a traditional Kalenjin engagement ceremony, Koito, held at the First Family’s Intonwa Heritage Farm in Kilgoris.

Dignitaries, including President William Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto, arrived in Mwanza to witness the union, with guests being ferried aboard a custom-branded private aircraft. The viral pre-wedding shoot has drawn widespread admiration across social media, with fans praising the close bond among the Ruto sisters as Charlene prepares to walk down the aisle.
