WATCH: ‘Thieves’ caught on camera walking off with Kenilworth traffic light

Three men were allegedly caught on camera removing a traffic light in Kenilworth after it was knocked over in a crash. A councillor said the light was recovered and the suspects arrested, but police had not confirmed the arrests at the time of publication.
