UWR: 3 inmates discharged from Wa Central prisons as part of Mahama’s presidential amnesty

President John Dramani Mahama granted amnesty to 998 prisoners across Ghana’s correctional facilities, exercising his prerogative of mercy under Article 72(1) of the 1992 Constitution.
