The new packages were unveiled at a launch event held at The Royal Box, Victoria Island, Lagos, during the week, which attracted media representatives, industry stakeholders, partners and other guests.

According to the company, the new offerings, which took effect from Thursday, November 5, include two additional channels, SuperSport KICKOFF and Africa Magic+, on lower subscription packages.

The Sports package, which costs N21,000, provides coverage of every Premier League and UEFA Champions League match, alongside wrestling competitions, WWE and UFC.

The launch event was co-hosted by media personalities, Folu Storms and Deji Osikoya, with performances by spoken-word artiste Ibquake and musical ensemble, The Loud Choir, who entertained guests with a medley of popular Nigerian songs.

Among the personalities in attendance were media executive Darey Art Alade and his wife, Deola Art Alade; filmmaker Tola Odunsi; actress Enado Odigie; costume designer Yolanda Okereke; and BBNaija reality television stars Temi Nkem, Kola Omotosho and Imisi Ayanwale.
