NPP National Organiser race: Titus Glover picks No. 7 as balloting is held for aspirants

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has completed balloting for positions on the ballot paper in the keenly contested National Organiser race ahead of its 2026 national officers’ elections.

The exercise was held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at the party’s headquarters at Asylum Down in Accra.

The balloting determines the sequence in which the candidates will appear on the ballot paper for the national elections scheduled for October 3, 2026.

Ing. Kwame Prempeh emerged with the first position, followed closely by Agyenim Boateng in second place and Archibald Gamor Korletey in third. Nana K secured the fourth slot, while Ali Maiga Halidu, Emmanuel Korsi Bordja and former Greater Accra Regional Minister Daniel Nii Kwartey Titus Glover completed the list in fifth, sixth and seventh positions, respectively.

The National Organiser position is regarded as one of the most strategic roles within the party’s national executive, responsible for grassroots mobilisation and organisational work across the country as the NPP prepares for the 2028 general elections.

All the aspirants had earlier been cleared by the National Officers Election Vetting Committee to contest the position. The balloting exercise forms part of the final preparations before the full national officers’ polls.
