Religious Wars Could End Humanity

Another scathing letter from Ebrahim Essa (29 Sept) yet again proves the obsession with which he pursues his desire to delegitimize Donald Trump and Israel. Not a single opportunity goes by where Mr Essa doesn’t jump on the bandwagon of Global politics, especially when crowds are critical of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu or Trump himself. The truth is, the Right will always blame the Left, and the Left the Right. But perhaps, Mr Essa, our issue is not Left vs Right, or Black vs White, but our ideological fantasies are what ultimately drive our behaviour.

Mr Essa has used every trick available to man to belittle President Trump and Netanyahu- from clever catchphrases to equating his very own childhood life to that of a boy being bullied, as he draws a parallel between him and the actions of Trump and Netanyahu towards their enemies. Somehow, Essa thinks that it is all the fault of the West that the World is now in turmoil, and Gaza has been flattened- not because of what Hamas or any other bloodthirsty Iranian proxy has done, oh no…but it’s always Israel or Trump. How convenient for Essa to shift the blame when his ‘Freedom fighters’ are taught a lesson by a much smaller, but ruthless nation.

I watch a lot of the Piers Morgan Uncensored show on YouTube, and similarly to Mehdi Hassan and Prof Marandi, Essa finds it irresistible to point the finger at anybody but Hamas, the Houthis, Hezbollah, or Radical Islam. This blame game will carry on for a few more decades, I predict, as ideological wars take centre stage and the ego of man replaces common sense with revengefulness. The war against terror in Iran and the Middle East will never be easy, as Israel and the US forge ahead to try and tame the Beast. I just wish that for once, Essa will admit that attacking a bunch of innocent Jewish festival-goers or firing bullets into a crowd at Bondi Beach in Australia is highly provocative, extremely senseless, and incredibly evil. It’s time for Essa to leave Trump and Israel alone, and take stock of why he says what he says, and what drives his motives.

We have heard those words too often: ‘occupation’, ‘genocide’, ‘Zionists’, etc., etc. The new buzzword is pedophilia or Epstein Island — anything to justify what Hamas did on October 7th, 2023. It’s sickening! It’s time to look in the mirror and remember who the nr 1 Terror state of the World is: Iran.
