Loyalty key to church development —Rev. Wengam

The General Superintendent of Assemblies of God, Ghana, Rev. Stephen Yenusom Wengam, has urged pastors and church leaders to demonstrate unwavering loyalty to God, the church and its leadership.

He said loyalty was a critical foundation for organisational development and should not be compromised under any circumstances.

Rev. Wengam made the call at a three-day prayer retreat for the re-elected and newly elected Executive Presbytery officers of Assemblies of God, Ghana, at Cedar Mountain Chapel at East Legon in Accra.

Rev. Wengam was retained as General Superintendent with about 90 per cent of the votes. The other officers are Rev. Kwadwo Boateng Bempah, Assistant General Superintendent-elect; Rev. Albert Anane, General Secretary-elect; and Rev. Simon Abu Baba, General Treasurer. Read More
