GMB@20 Queen Nana Konadu Pays Courtesy Visit To Media General Executives After Historic Victory

According to a report by TV3Gh, on Saturday October 24, 2026, Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMB) 2026 queen, Nana Konadu, has paid a courtesy visit to key executives of Media General, accompanied by her runners-up, as part of activities following the conclusion of the prestigious beauty pageant.

The visit brought the beauty queens into contact with Media General’s Group Chief Operating Officer, Mr Nuamah Eshun-Fameye, and the 3Group General Manager, Mrs Akorfa Banson.

The meeting provided an opportunity for the newly crowned queen and her fellow contestants to engage with the leadership of the media organisation behind the annual pageant, which celebrates Ghanaian culture, traditions, talent and the empowerment of women.

Nana Konadu, who emerged as the winner of the 2026 edition of Ghana’s Most Beautiful, has been receiving attention following her triumph in the competition.

Her victory marked a significant milestone in her journey through the pageant, which brings together contestants from different regions to showcase their cultural heritage and represent their communities on a national platform.

The courtesy call, which also included the queen’s runners-up, highlighted the relationship between the contestants and Media General, the media organisation responsible for organising and promoting the competition through its television platform, TV3.

Ghana’s Most Beautiful has established itself as one of Ghana’s prominent cultural and entertainment programmes, using beauty, intelligence, public speaking and cultural representation to assess contestants.

Beyond the competition itself, the platform provides participants with opportunities to promote Ghanaian traditions, raise awareness of social issues and inspire young women across the country.

The visit to Mr Nuamah Eshun-Fameye and Mrs Akorfa Banson forms part of the engagements associated with the GMB@20 celebrations, which commemorate two decades of the pageant’s contribution to Ghana’s entertainment industry and cultural promotion.

As the reigning queen, Nana Konadu is expected to remain in the public spotlight while representing the GMB brand and participating in activities connected to the pageant.

Her runners-up also remain part of the wider group of contestants whose participation helped shape the 2026 competition.

The courtesy visit further underscored the importance of the partnership between the beauty queens and Media General as they continue to engage with the organisation’s leadership following this year’s edition.
