An Accra Circuit Court has remanded a 38-year-old driver into police custody for allegedly offering 70 tablets of suspected unregistered Royal Tapentadol 250 mg for sale.
Fatawu Yakubu, a resident of Lapaz, Accra, has been charged with offering unregistered drugs for sale.

During the operation, Yakubu was arrested at a game centre.
A search conducted on him allegedly revealed 70 tablets of Royal Tapentadol 250 mg suspected to be unregistered.
The prosecution said the exhibits were being forwarded to the Police Forensic Science Laboratory for analysis and a report.
