Ronald Donkor doubtful for The Gambia clash – Ghana coach Carlos Queiroz confirms

Ghana midfielder Ronald Donkor is a major doubt for the Black Stars upcoming 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against The Gambia, head coach Carlos Queiroz has confirmed.The Black Stars will host The Gambia at the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday in their second Group C qualifier, with the team desperate to secure their first points of the campaign after suffering a disappointing 2-0 defeat to Ivory Coast in Bouak.Speaking after Mondays final training session, Queiroz revealed that 22 players are fully fit and available for the crucial encounter, with Donkor the only player whose participation remains uncertain due to an injury concern.We just finished the training session. I can announce that we have 22 players ready to play tomorrow, Queiroz told reporters.The only player still in doubt is Ronald Donkor. He had a light training session today, and hopefully hell be on the bench for tomorrows game, he said.Otherwise, the others trained normally and are in great condition and shape.
