Neto Brace Fires Chelsea To 2-0 Win Over Everton

Chelsea secured a 2-0 victory over Everton in the Premier League on Saturday, with Pedro Neto scoring twice to give the visitors all three points at Goodison Park.

The Portuguese winger broke the deadlock shortly after half-time before completing his brace in the 90th minute to seal an important away win for Chelsea.

After a goalless first half, Neto put Chelsea ahead in the 46th minute, giving the visitors the breakthrough they had struggled to find before the interval.

Everton attempted to respond but found it difficult to break down Chelsea’s defence as the visitors worked to protect their advantage.

Chelsea continued to threaten, with Cole Palmer featuring in the second half as the visitors sought to extend their lead and put the contest beyond the hosts.

Everton made further efforts to get back into the game, but Chelsea maintained their defensive discipline to keep their opponents at bay.
