Kofi Adams calls for long-term planning after Ghana’s 2026 World Cup campaign

This campaign underlined the necessity for long-term planning and a sustainable financial plan for national team activities.Ghana, however, will quickly turn its attention back to competitive football, with the Black Stars set to return to action this month for two crucial 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.The Black Stars are scheduled to face Cte dIvoire on September 24 before taking on The Gambia on September 29 as they continue their qualification campaign.Adams call for improved planning comes as Ghana prepares for another important international window, with the focus now shifting towards building a stronger and more sustainable national team setup.
