Liverpool were held to a 2-2 draw by Nottingham Forest at Anfield on Saturday as the Reds twice came from behind in a pulsating Premier League encounter.
Dan Ndoye gave Forest the lead in the 24th minute, finishing after Morgan Gibbs-White created the opening to silence the home crowd.
Liverpool struggled to break down the visitors before Alexander Isak restored parity on the hour mark, converting after good work from Cody Gakpo.
However, Forest regained the advantage 10 minutes later when Gibbs-White converted a penalty after Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker was adjudged to have fouled an opponent.
The hosts responded again, with Victor Muñoz scoring a spectacular equaliser in the 82nd minute to earn Liverpool a point.
Liverpool pressed for a late winner but Forest held firm as the visitors left Anfield with a share of the points following an entertaining contest.
The result means Liverpool remain without a win after two Premier League matches under manager Andoni Iraola, having also been held in their opening fixture against Newcastle United. Forest, meanwhile, showed resilience after their defeat to Leeds United in the opening round of the season.
