FRIENDS' co-stars Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox, and Matt LeBlanc.
His autopsy report revealed he died from an acute ketamine overdose. Federal authorities prosecuted an underground network of five individuals, including two doctors (Dr. Salvador Plasencia and Dr. Mark Chavez), his live-in assistant (Kenneth Iwamasa), a supplier dubbed the 'Ketamine Queen' (Jasveen Sangha), and Erik Fleming. All five individuals pleaded guilty and received sentences.
