Nollywood: Actress Tenia Abraham Dies At 32 After Kidney Illness

Nollywood actress and former beauty queen Tenia Abraham Omenogor has passed away at the age of 32 following a battle with a kidney infection.

The film star died on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, with her family officially announcing her passing two days later.

Friends, family, and colleagues gathered on Saturday, October 17, at the Gudu Cemetery in Abuja to lay the actress to rest after a final viewing at the Federal Medical Centre in Jabi.

“A beautiful soul, a gifted talent, gone too soon,” her family wrote in a statement posted on her social media page. “She lived with passion, touched many lives with her talent, and left behind a legacy that will never be forgotten.”

Before her acting career, Omenogor gained public recognition when she was crowned Beauty Queen South South in 2020.
