Pearl Magic to live-broadcast Miss World 2026 Finale this Saturday

Ugandan audiences can follow the performance of Miss Uganda 2025, Trivia Elle Muhoza, at this year’s Miss World 2026 grand finale. The global event will air this Saturday, September 5th, at 3:00 p.m.

Taking place in Vietnam, this year’s competition brings together contestants from across the globe for a showcase of beauty, intelligence, culture, fashion, and purpose. For Uganda, the stakes are remarkably high.

Muhoza is flying the Ugandan flag against international delegates and currently stands as one of the six African Beauty With A Purpose (BWAP) finalists. Her advocacy project, the Wings Of Hope initiative, supports single mothers and survivors of gender-based violence by combining vocational training, skills development, and mentorship.

Colin Asiimwe, head of marketing at MultiChoice Uganda, emphasized that the broadcast allows local audiences to connect with a major global entertainment moment while rallying behind home-grown talent.

“When Ugandan talent takes the global stage, Ugandans should be able to watch, support, and celebrate it,” Asiimwe stated. “Bringing the Miss World finale to our audiences through Pearl Magic is another way we connect global entertainment with the stories and talent that matter to Uganda.”
